These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 7v7 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a 7v7 account or using any part of the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 7v7. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to laws governing online gaming, anti-money laundering, and data protection.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any third parties who access the Platform on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Platform through your internet connection or device are aware of and comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To use the 7v7 Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 7v7 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with local laws. 7v7 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
• Single Account: You may only register and maintain one account with 7v7. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

During registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify 7v7 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.2 Identity Verification

7v7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and to protect against fraud.

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure. All documents submitted will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. 7v7 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication method. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your 7v7 account using the payment methods available on the Platform, which may include GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as specified. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. 7v7 does not charge fees for deposits, but third-party payment processors may impose their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with all required identity documents submitted and approved.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.
• 7v7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals that trigger anti-money laundering review thresholds.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days. 7v7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

7v7 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Accounts involved in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended and funds may be frozen pending investigation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

7v7 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated play, or using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x the bonus amount).

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute less or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms for each promotion.

5.3 Bonus Expiration

Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the bonus terms, typically 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Unused bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiration.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games on the 7v7 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealers to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are determined by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated by 7v7 or any third party.

7v7 works exclusively with licensed and regulated game providers. All games are regularly audited for fairness and compliance with industry standards.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game on the Platform has its own rules, payout structures, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. Game rules are available within each game or by contacting customer support.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical issue that affects gameplay or payouts, 7v7 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. All payouts are subject to verification, and 7v7 reserves the right to withhold payment if a malfunction or error is detected.

6.4 Responsible Gaming

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7v7 Platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account, using accounts registered in another person's name, or allowing others to use your account.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false information, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, using bots or automated software, or exploiting software bugs or errors.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses in bad faith, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any illegal financial activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting 7v7 customer support to resolve the issue.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by 7v7

7v7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required by law or regulatory authority.

Upon suspension or termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation. If your account is terminated for cause, 7v7 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

You may request self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods can range from 6 months to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or place bets.

It is your responsibility to refrain from attempting to create new accounts or access the Platform during a self-exclusion period. 7v7 will take reasonable steps to prevent excluded players from accessing the Platform, but we cannot guarantee that all attempts will be detected.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 No Warranty

The 7v7 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 7v7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7v7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 7v7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7v7's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9.3 Force Majeure

7v7 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, power failures, or third-party service disruptions.

10. Changes to These Terms

7v7 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7v7 Platform shall first be submitted to our customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it shall be submitted to the appropriate regulatory authority or, if necessary, to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7v7 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and trademarks, is the property of 7v7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from 7v7.
